Identità Golose: waveco®, A Technology That Could Invade the Catering Sector

On 10 December, the Identità Golose website featured a new article on our innovative waveco® machine and its patented induced maturation© technology. 

The article revisits the masterclass delivered by Chefs Giuseppe Iannotti and Carmine Calò during Identità Future at HostMilano 2017, highlighting it as one of “the most interesting witnessed” during the Milan event. According to them, the waveco® technology has the potential to spread across the catering industry, marking a significant shift in how food is prepared and served.
